The role:
An exciting opportunity exists in our Rockhampton branch due to growth. Work on the latest equipment in a field and workshop setting. At Terrequipe you can develop your career, knowledge, skills, and experience further with a variety of brands and clients.
Responsibilities include: Maintain continuing good relationships with customers and potential customers within the RegionTo test drive, diagnose, maintain, and repair all equipment in a professional and efficient way, either in the workshop or in the field as requiredEnsure excellent daily communication with the parts department to ensure an efficient and effective service to customersTag all warranty parts with the correct informationTo keep the work environment clean and safeEnsure time cards are completed daily showing the correct job numberThe role requires: Experience working with modern construction and/or agricultural equipmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDisplay a positive and enthusiastic attitudeA team player and prepared to take on extra duties and responsibilities as requiredCan analyze problems and seek assistance as requiredAbility to work to and meet deadlinesAble to work flexible hours as required.Displaying a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills, you may have used electronic diagnostic equipment in previous roles. You will also have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convey technical information across different business units and levels of the company. Along with your technical know-how, you will be a competent computer user, preferably in MS Office.
As Health and Safety are paramount in this industry you will be up to speed with practices and be able to demonstrate this in your work habits. This knowledge will help you to promote the company image in a professional manner as well as provide first-class customer service.
