This role will have you responsible for maintaining, repairing, and setting up equipment throughout not only the Bundaberg depot but the surrounding areas as well.
You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
To plan, direct, report, and participate in all maintenance and associated functions (including machine changeovers and setup) on behalf of the Queensland-based packaging systems team.To enhance customer loyalty and Opal positioning through the delivery of customer-focused value offerings and services in packaging systems.Active participation in packaging systems development and ongoing management as part of the National Packaging Systems team.Provide support to Opal Sales team and customers with technical advice, equipment, and project support.Specifically for this role, we expect you will have:
Mechanical, Pneumatic, and electrical knowledge required.Efficient problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Hold a valid forklift license or willingness to obtain.
