About the Role
As AGM, you'll work closely with our owner to help direct the future of Input, playing a key role in shaping our vision and delivering an outstanding member experience.
This is not your average 9-to-5 role - you'll need to connect with staff and members during AM, PM, and weekend hours, building a genuine community spirit.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading and inspiring a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional service.
Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the club's smooth functioning.
Contributing to strategic planning and membership growth initiatives.
Engaging directly with members to understand their goals and create a welcoming environment.
Supporting class schedules, group fitness sessions, and personalised programming where required.
Assisting in marketing campaigns to drive member engagement and retention.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for People: You genuinely care about helping others thrive in their fitness journey.
Leadership Experience: A proven background in the health and fitness industry, ideally in leadership or management roles.
Fitness Expertise: Experience in group fitness and programming, Fitness Qualifications are desirable.
Community Builder: You're personable, approachable, and thrive on connecting with people.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet our team and members.
