Initially casual, but can turn into permanent part time in a matter of months for the right person.As Assistant Club Manager, you'll wear many hats. You are one of the faces of the business; a passion to help people is a must! We want you to create a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere for all members with your Club Manager.You are also responsible for the success of the business.Some of your responsibilities will include:Implementing Marketing Campaigns.Execute all aspects of the sales & marketing process.Lead Generation & Outreach with guidance from your Manager.Meeting monthly sales & performance targets.Creating promotional partnerships & opportunities with your Manager.Membership Growth.Build a relationship with all the members and know each by their first name.Establish our kick-ass culture whereby members never want to leave.Drive and manage the club's social media pages.Manage administrative aspects of the business.Skills Required:BE HAPPY!Excellent oral and written communication.Be naturally great with people.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Good natural sales person - Min 1 year experience in a Sales Role required.Strong listening skills and ability to be guided by your Manager.What We Are Looking For:The ability to meet targets on an ongoing basis.The ability to self-start and follow through.Ability to implement effective, winning strategies created by your Manager.Naturally outgoing, confident and energetic.Fitness industry experience preferred but not essential.Career Progression is available within our network for the right person.
