Fishermen's Pier is looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to join our team.
You will be responsible for managing the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
Lead and inspire the kitchen team to consistently produce high-quality, innovative meals Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients Manage food ordering, inventory, and budgeting to ensure efficient kitchen operations Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, ensuring all food safety standards are met Provide training and development opportunities for kitchen staff to enhance their skills Collaborate with the front-of-house manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience Monitor kitchen performance and identify opportunities for improvement What we're looking for
