Salary: Starting from - $84,967 + super ? Tenure: 1 x Permanent role and 1 x 12 month Term role ? ? What we are looking for:? Someone who is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent / identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and is accepted as such by the community in which they were born, has lived or currently lives?? A commitment to promoting and preserving Aboriginal culture and value? Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
TRIM proficiency would be desirable.
Demonstrated office management experience and sound organisational, analytical and time management skills.
High level interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability and experience in working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and with external service providers and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to plan and organise work to successfully meet needs of different staff, within strict deadlines.
Experience with purchase ordering / procurement would be desirable.
Current NSW driver's licence.

What you will work on: Coordinate and administer office systems, procedures and organisational methods and continuous improvement in office efficiency while conforming to WaterNSW policies, procedures and standards.
Provide accurate and timely business and administrative support functions to managers and staff.
Monitor and track the progress of projects and operational tasks allocated by the leader to support management to ensure all deadlines are met.
Establish and maintain effective working networks and communication relationships with staff within the team and WaterNSW.
Attend business support meetings, take minutes and follow up actions as required Who is WaterNSW?
