We are excited to be looking for an outcome-focused individual who is passionate about advancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander affairs through stakeholder engagement and by accelerating the Group's reconciliation initiatives.
What you'll be doing Work closely with our businesses to support the design and development of the new Wesfarmers Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)Proactively manage our group-level RAP reporting requirementsSupport the coordination of three key reconciliation governance groups, and knowledge sharing forums across the Wesfarmers GroupAssist with the preparation of reports and presentations including for the Wesfarmers Board and Executive Leadership TeamWhat you'll need Proven professional and lived experience, with knowledge and understanding of Indigenous history, heritage and culturesStrong understanding of Indigenous employment and programsExperience in data analysis and reportingDemonstrated analytical and problem solving capabilitiesWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsStrong project management skills and an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and time management skillsA results-oriented, customer-focused approach to your workA genuine interest and passion to learn and develop new skillsHave and maintain a current Working with Children CheckAbout Wesfarmers As one of Australia's largest listed companies, we're proud of our longstanding contribution to Australians.
