Job DescriptionPremium Health is looking for an energetic and experienced First Aid Trainer who wants to grow and develop.
As an integral part of the Premium Health team, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing first aid and CPR training to various organisations across the State.
As a First Aid Trainer, you can expect to:
Lead group training classesWork with clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors, from corporate to government to communityEnjoy being 'on the go' - travelling to different training locations and facilities within metropolitan suburbs and regional/rural locationsUndertake continued professional development through Premium Health and gain hands-on experienceHave access to innovative training equipment and facilitiesBe part of a positive, supportive, and adaptable teamEnjoy great working conditions and a competitive salaryDesired Skills and ExperienceBackground and Experience As an experienced and passionate trainer, you will have:
First aid training experience or VET training experience in a health-related fieldCurrent industry experience in a first aid environment (e.g., St Johns Ambulance volunteer)Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, effectively engaging learnersFull working rights in AustraliaCurrent Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)Current HLTAID011 Provide First AidCurrent driver's licence and reliable, registered, and insured vehicle, willing to travel around metropolitan suburbs and surrounding regional/rural areasTrainers are provided with a solid induction and comprehensive first aid kit with all the necessary equipment and resources.
