Our dedicated team of over 40 professionals ensures the safety of more than 1000 sites across our Maintenance & Construction Divisions.
Position Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Services Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base. Coordinate with the Maintenance & Construction Divisions to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed of market developments. Provide regular reports on account status and performance to senior management. Key Requirements Previous experience in account management, preferably within the fire protection or related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
