FinXL IT is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at a leading insurance organisation . This 12-month+ contract opportunity offers the chance to work on large-scale, impactful projects in the industry.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions, with a particular focus on general insurance processes and data mapping.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements Develop and maintain data mapping models and ensure alignment with business needs Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from various business units Provide actionable insights and recommend solutions to improve processes and systems Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Key Requirements: Proven experience in General Insurance (essential) Strong knowledge of Data Mapping Principles (essential) Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, large-scale financial services environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Prior experience in similar roles is highly advantageous What's On Offer? 12 months, with a view to extend Located in Sydney CBD and hybrid work mode (3 days in office and 2 days remote) Work with a leading financial services organisation Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to make a significant impact on large, high-profile projects Long-term contract with potential for extension If you have the right experience and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!
