We currently have an exciting opportunity for a GUI Developer with NICE CXone experience based at Macquarie Park and Work from home - hybrid.
Skills and experience:
NICE CXOne GUI Developer experience Australian Citizenship & the ability to obtain a security clearance such as Baseline, NV1 or NV2 Experience developing a user interface for customer interactions Experience developing GUIs using NICE CXOne Studio or CXOne Interaction Designer React experience UI/UX development experience Experience in Contact Centre technology, such as Genesys, Avaya, or Verint Experience with low-code/no-code platforms Experience in Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira or Confluence) Experience gathering requirements and implementing customised solutions Experience adhering to security and clearance protocols and government standards Next steps
