This is a stunning $200m high rise residential tower in the heart of the Gold Coast.
This company has a brand which is known for their strikingly beautiful buildings which incorporate the colours and curves of the Gold Coast.
We are looking for a Finishes Foreman of the highest caliber who can forsee challenges and program/schedule their work to in order to maintain flow and achieve project milestones whilst keeping quality high.
This role will either enhance your already impressive career or will be the moment in which you turn potential into performance and enjoy the challenge working on larger projects.
As a Finishes Foreman you will have: Ideally trade qualified however experience is key Min 5+ years Finishes Foreman experience with reputable company on high rise residential projects Ability to write and push a short term program Strong communication skills This developer/builder will offer you the opportunity to join a well established team with the potential to work on a variety of projects that will keep you on the Gold Coast.
