A leading bank is seeking a proactive and communicative Business Analyst to join their Procure to Pay Channel Payment Reduction project. In this role, you'll partner with business users, suppliers, and key stakeholders to analyze and guide the transition of the non-PO spend into Ariba, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the process.
Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Dive into the non-PO invoice spend data within PeopleSoft, engaging with business users and suppliers to uncover why this spend bypasses Ariba. Document current pain points and identify improvement opportunities.Solution Design: Collaborate on solution ideas to address challenges and create a streamlined process that aligns with Ariba's procure-to-pay functionalities.Stakeholder Engagement & Education: Educate business users on Ariba's capabilities, working to address any concerns or obstacles that hinder their use of the platform.Documentation & Presentation: Thoroughly document findings and proposed solutions, presenting these insights to project stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a procure-to-pay or procure-to-pay reduction project, particularly from an analytical perspective.Solid experience with SAP Ariba and PeopleSoft, especially in understanding invoice processing and non-PO workflows.Strong communication skills to engage, educate, and influence a range of business stakeholders effectively.Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for digging into data, identifying patterns, and understanding the 'why' behind spend behaviors.
