Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior/Financial Accountant to manage the financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for contributing to the success of a growing business.
Your duties will include,
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and financial transactions. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns. Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes. Implement and maintain effective internal controls. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CA qualification is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Demonstrated experience with ERP Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
