Financial Planning - Client Service Administrator CPB Financial Services, (CPB) is a pre-eminent self-licensed financial planning practice situated at Port Adelaide in Adelaide's western suburbs. For over 30 years CPB has been providing quality advice to those facing the challenge of making sound financial decisions, with expertise and focus on retirement planning and income needs.
This is a part-time role initially with progression to a full-time position for the right candidate.
Alternatively a full-time position may also be offered to an ideal candidate.
Primarily the role involves the implementation of advice provided by our Financial Planners while also offering ongoing services to our valued clients.
Due to the ongoing growth of CPB, an additional Client Service Administrator is now being sought to assist the financial planners and to provide service to clients as part of our wider team.
CPB is looking for a candidate who;
Is self-motivated, honest, friendly, and punctual Has skills in Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsHas the ability to achieve agreed outcomes and work to deadlinesHas the ability to accurately administer tasks in an efficient and professional mannerHas excellent time management and is highly organisedHas experience in a financial planning business using industry software and has performed tasks in a client administration role, (however we are prepared to train the right person)Is keen to contribute to a small team and work smart to improve business practices. A competitive salary commensurate to experience will be offered.
