Financial Planning & Analysis Lead SA, Adelaide Finance 16031BR Job Highlights Reporting to the Head of Finance within the Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) division, this role will be the primary contact for interpretation and analysis of financial reports, explanation of budgets/forecasts, and calculation of project costing and bidding rates.

Your responsibilities will include: Work closely with the F&BO leadership team to formulate medium to long-term financial plans Analyse and challenge submissions made by department heads during annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting Report to the CFO on KPIs and variances between actuals and forecasts Manage the framework for and supervise analytical support provided to business managers via the Finance function Create presentations that provide insightful analysis Produce financial models that allow real-time monitoring of KPIs or assist the Finance team in improving efficiencies Assist the Finance Manager on month-end close tasks that require detailed data analysis Calculate project costing rates annually and participate in the process of getting customer agreement Utilise BI tools to improve management reporting and operating efficiencies About you: Minimum of 5 years of relevant analytical experience Ability to produce, analyse, and interpret complex reports and management information Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation of Power BI and Advanced Excel Professional qualifications such as CA/CPA or CFA Professional experience in a Finance function supporting a project-based environment involving stakeholder reporting, cost management, budget development and analysis would be highly desirable.
