What sets our team apart is our commitment to family values, excellence, and team culture that encourages a nurturing environment, life-work balance, and meaningful relationships not just with clients but among staff.Who We're Looking ForWe are seeking a full-time Client Services Officer to further grow our team in Adelaide, headed by one of our Directors.Highly competent in providing administrative support7+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or bankingSuperior written and verbal communication skillsKeen attention to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentHigh organisational skillsA passion for client serviceAble to work independently and efficiently within a team environmentAble to oversee and coordinate the team to deliver all required work efficiently and promptlyA positive outlook and professional attitudeYour RoleAs the Client Service Officer, you will be supporting a team of Financial Advisers, Associate Adviser, and Senior Paraplanners, particularly our Adelaide-based director to build and expand the team in Adelaide. Your responsibilities include:Ensuring client files are accurate and up to dateCompleting relevant forms and applicationsWriting advice documentsOverseeing and coordinating the team to deliver all required work efficiently and promptlyEnsuring work is performed to the standard and level of excellence our clients have come to expectAccomplishing tasks that relate to client projects.This position also comes with a career path for growth.Our firm offers a great work environment where you can take ownership of your work and make a significant impact in our clients' lives.A competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate commensurate with their experience and qualifications.This is a full-time role where you will be working from our Adelaide office, Mondays to Fridays, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Sydney time.
