As a Financial Planner, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and developing tailored financial strategies. You will lead new business generation, conduct client reviews, and collaborate with team members to ensure clients receive the best possible advice. This role is perfect for someone ready to take on an existing client book in a client-facing role with support from the Principal Planner, fellow Planners, and support staff. We serve the greater Geelong area (Ballarat, Shepparton and Echuca) so some travel will be required but at adviser discretion.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct client reviews and ensure compliance documentation is up to date. Collaborate with team members (Paraplanning and Clients Services Team) to develop tailored financial strategies based on client goals. Present financial planning strategies to clients for approval. Develop high-quality, compliant financial planning strategies. Manage and grow your client book while servicing existing clients. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining FASEA qualifications and completing annual CPD. Minimum Requirements: Licensed Financial Adviser (ASIC registered). Completed all necessary adviser qualifications, including the adviser exam. Significant experience in financial advice. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in financial strategies. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a charismatic approach. Benefits: Flexible work arrangements, including working from home/in office.
