Full-time role based in Wangara Flexible working Multi-state presence, market leading contractor THE ROLE Data Accuracy Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across all databases.
Month-End Reporting: Manage the month-end reporting process by coordinating between the various data teams and validating data accuracy and ensuring data is correctly reconciled.
Budget and Forecast Support: Provide technical assistance to the Finance team during budgeting and forecasting processes.
Visualisation: Develop and maintain visual dashboards and reports to present financial data effectively to stakeholders.
Process Improvement and Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline data processes, including automating data collection and reporting to enhance efficiency.
Database and Application Support: Manage and support financial databases and applications, addressing any issues that arise.
Ad-Hoc Data Requests: Respond promptly to ad-hoc data inquiries from stakeholders, supplying accurate and timely information.
Collaborate: Work closely with Finance, IT and Operations to support informed decision making ABOUT YOU 2+ years' relevant experience.
An understanding of relational databases with strong SQL and analytical skills.
Experience in working with large, complex datasets, including building queries and extracting data.
Prior experience with Power BI essential, including evidence of training.
A natural problem solver with strong attention to detail.
Proactive and able to take accountability.
