Michael Page have partnered with an Australian manufacturing business located 20 minutes east of the Perth CBD to recruit a Financial Controller on a full-time, permanent basis.
A proud Australian manufacturing business, our client has a national presence across WA, Queensland and Victoria. Due to company growth, the team is now looking to recruit a Financial Controller to join their team.
Description Reporting into the Managing Director, key duties of this role include:
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis Manage cash flow Implement cost control measures Inventory management Utilise data analytics to inform decision-making Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand cost drivers and track project feasibility Manage a team of four staff, located across three offices - building and fostering healthy work relationships Profile The successful candidate will have a background working in a commercial manufacturing environment in either a Finance Manager or Controller position. Key traits also include:
