Financial Controller

With substantial investment from Australian and multinational companies, AiC's reputation is growing as a trustworthy, technically capable, and innovative company.As a result of rapid growth, we are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team.Our ideal candidate will:Possess a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Be experienced in developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting Prepare high-level financial reporting and analysis Form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrate excellent organisation and administration skills Be self-driven and motivated to make an impact Thrive working to tight deadlines Demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages Demonstrate high levels of business acumen and, ideally, have experience in an ASX listed company.Pride yourself on your high degree of attention to detail and accuracy Key responsibilities:Prepare consolidated monthly management reports on a timely basis, including P&L, cashflow and balance sheet for owned and joint venture entities. Manage the financial reporting requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory and regulatory requirements. Manage project costing across project portfolio. Prepare consolidated annual financial statements. Collate financial information for external auditors for year-end reporting. Liaise with external parties, including auditors, financial institutions, joint venture partners and shareholders.
