Financial Controller

We are looking for a highly experienced financial and strategic leader to join this growing organisation based here in the Perth, CBD.
Mars are excited to bring this role to market and looking for experienced, senior finance leaders looking to grow their career and lead a small finance team as the company continues to grow.
The role will have full financial oversight of the business with some strategic and financial planning elements included in the position. With offices based in the Perth CBD and some great flexible working options, this role won't be on the market for long.
Responsibilities: Full financial oversight of the business and team of 10+Work with the finance manager to produce a full set of financials.Oversee transactional team / payroll for the group covering a number of subsidiaries.Management of tax, audit and technical reporting in line with ASIC.Work closely with the Group CFO on technical issues & financial strategies.Maintain continuous improvement initiatives across the finance team.Experience: CA/CPA qualification is a must-have.Experience leading a team of 8-10 direct reports.15+ years of accounting and finance experience.The ability to connect finance and strategic planning with executive teams.Experience within a FC, GM finance or senior finance positions previously.AU$200000 - AU$250000 per annum + Bonus, Flexibility, Culture, CBD OfficeLOCATIONPerth CBD, Perth, Australia
