This will be a high impact role to lead the finance team whilst supporting the CFO on business strategy, as they look to continue expansion.As 2IC to the CFO, you will lead finance across the group and be accountable for leading an accounting team of 6 including:Statutory reporting, tax and treasuryBudgeting and forecastingOversee day-to-day finance operationsStrategic projects such as process improvements, cost initiatives and business casingOwnership of month-end processes and reportingPreparation and management of cash-flow and business planningPlan & coordinate auditsOngoing process improvementWe're looking for experienced finance professionals (FC/Head of Finance/experienced Finance Managers) out of property development or construction. You will have proven leadership skills and the ability to manage through change.
