Project Services & BAs Sydney Contract Government Administration 4/7/2024 Senior Analyst - Financial Budgeting and Planning Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and capture current processes in financial budgeting and planning and any capability gaps.
Provide guidance for opportunities to improve these processes.
Prepare a robust, well-structured and prioritised set of requirements for current state and prepare a roadmap for future development of financial planning and budgeting capability.
Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritise business requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities and challenges.
Develop comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather insights and foster collaboration.
Perform impact assessments and risk analysis to mitigate potential roadblocks.
