Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly driven and high performing Financial Analyst to join ARC Projects. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing financial and operational insights and developing financial models to support strategic business decisions. This role will operate as a true business partner to a broad range of business stakeholders.
Additionally, you will analyse and interpret financial and non-financial performance indicators and provide feedback to those responsible with the ultimate objective being an improvement in business performance.
Our Group consists of ARC Projects, ARC Facilities, Baja Family Office, Modos and Loop Logics.
Key Responsibilities: Working with operational managers and other key stakeholders to build out their dashboards including Power BI & QuickSight dashboards. Analyse job metrics such as utilisation, margin, variations, job costing, providing critical analysis. Responsible for operational budgets and reporting. Develop robust financial models to assist with decision-making and future business planning. Provide recommendations for refinement of financial / operational processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy. Provide strategic competitor analysis by analysing industry, economic, and competitor trends to uncover risks and business opportunities. We seek an individual who has: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial / operational analysis. Construction/insurance industry beneficial. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and forecasting. Proven experience in using BI tools such as Power BI & QuickSight. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, presentation & management skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Highly developed attention to detail. Proven time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask & work collaboratively. Proven ability to drive process improvement. Shown to be a proactive team player with initiative and ability to independently own and problem solve tasks.
