Our client is in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team.
This full-time position will be instrumental in offering financial insights and aiding in strategic decision-making for various entities.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for conducting thorough analysis of intricate financial matters and business performance.
They will also provide comprehensive reports, insights, and recommendations on the influence of significant financial and operational factors.

Key Responsibilities:Record financial transactions and compute the cost of goods sold and other expensesPrepare periodic financial statements and measure the performance of business units over timeAllocate resources according to profitability or similar criteriaAid in planning future operations by projecting cash flowsPlan for capital expenditures to replace assets that are being used upHelp estimate the cost of completing proposed new projectsProvide data to be incorporated into the budgeting processConduct in-depth analysis of complex financial matters and business performanceDeliver detailed reports, insights, and recommendations on the impact of key financial and operational drivers About You:Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field.CPA/CA accreditation or progress towards it is highly valued.Previous experience in management accounting within the mining or manufacturing industries is highly valued.Excellent financial expertise with a background in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Proficiency in using ERP systems and financial reporting tools.Capability to work effectively and cooperatively with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
