Financial Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for:  ·Budgeting & Cash Flow analysis and forecast.  ·Structure P&L information and analysis.  ·Gather information for BAS and CTR and ensure accuracy.  ·Analysis of Labor Cost and Cost of Goods Make analysis and make decisions about investments on Machinery such as: Cool room, new açai Machines, Self ordering Kiosk, TV LED MENU.  ·Analysis of opportunities to invest in other Oakberry Corporate shop or other business opportunities, presenting relevant financial information to shareholders to ensure good opportunities.  ·Build spreadsheet to record Shareholders investments, payouts and loans.  ·Analyse contracts readjustments and renewals such as Real state and Insurance in order to make decisions to renewal or change those agreements.  ·Ensure that the business is Solvent at all time.  ·Ensure that the business keep on track and paying all liabilities to ATO.  ·Ensure that bookkeeping and Accounting has been done correctly and is accurate at all times.  ·Plan and apply dividends distributions to shareholders  Applicants for this position should:  ·Have relevant tertiary qualifications  ·At least 2 years relevant experience  ·Have knowledge about bilateral taxation agreements between Australia and Brazil.
