With our clients at the heart of everything we do, our hard-working team has successfully delivered on an unprecedented growth and transformation journey, and we are now represented by over circa 13,000 employees across 112 offices worldwide.Financial ControllerLocation: SydneyDescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to take overall responsibility and to ensure the efficient and effective running of the finance function for one or more legal entities.Job Specification:Reporting to the Regional head of Finance-Asia to manage and control all aspects of the financial functions.Coordinate and perform month-end closing and resolve issues timely to ensure accuracy.Prepare various management account and analysis reports and submit to financial controller and management in the accurate and timely manner.Responsible for accounting operations of the business.Making sure Balance sheet are fully reconciled monthly and present these to the country heads.Maintain detailed working of intercompany and make sure they are reconciled monthly with the other counterparts.Deliver an effective and efficient service, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations.Work with External Auditors as required.Participate in ad hoc assignments or other projects.Skills Required:CFA, CPA, Chartered Accountant.At least 4 years' post qualification experience in a similar role.Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word.Experience with in-house systems Financial Force, Prophix, Workday.
