Financial Accountant

Additionally, you will ensure compliance with accounting standards and continuously improve our financial processes. What does the Financial Accountant role look like?
Ownership of monthly general ledger reconciliations.
Entity consolidation and monthly reporting.
Preparing and posting journals.
Maintain the lease register.
Preparation of BAS returns.
Managing the Corporate Credit Card system.
Compilation of required financial reports.
Support with the annual audit process.
Maintain our expenditure approval policy.
Manage the company's motor vehicle fleet.
Annual Fringe Benefit tax return.
Ad hoc projects as required.
What we're looking for:
Exceptional financial acumen including a CA/CPA qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
Highly effective skills with Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint and PowerBI).
Strong collaborator with adaptable, clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for accuracy, resulting in high-quality work outcomes.
Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
