Accounts And Payroll Officer

Duties & Responsibilities - Accounts: Accounts Payable - Process invoices from Clients and Suppliers Accounts Receivable - Issue invoices and process receipts to Client accounts.
Manage Expense accounts Reconcile all bank accounts on a weekly basis Email invoices to Clients and third party agencies for payment.
Manage Accounts Receivable & Collections Complete end of month accounts to Trial Balance Duties & Responsibilities - Payroll: Use pre-approved time sheets to process payroll Respond to Payroll queries.
Manage Leave & Entitlements Manage Payroll payments & Employee Superannuation.
Manage and maintain Employee records Eligibility: Experience in all facets of bookkeeping to Trial Balance Experience in Xero Accounting software essential.
Experience in Shift Care Software essential.
Experience in NDIS invoicing and Receipts management.
Experience in Accounting for GST, BAS, IAS.
Qualifications Required: Minimum Requirements: Cert IV in Business or other equivalent
Credentials Required: WWVP Card (current) National Police Check (within 12 months) Willingness to obtain any or all other worker credentials as required.
