As a Financial Accountant, you'll play a vital role in driving the accuracy and insight behind key financial data.
In addition, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to critical statutory tax and financial reporting, helping to shape the financial strategy and success of the business.
What You'll Do: Manage month-end accounting activities, including posting journals and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
Support the analysis of month-end P&L and balance sheet variances.
Contribute to the preparation of year-end financial statements, including audit workpapers and responding to audit queries.
Assist in fulfilling tax-related responsibilities, such as FBT, Workers Compensation, and monthly BAS preparation.
Prepare reports for externally funded projects and collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate tracking.
Provide support for various ad hoc tasks as needed.
Who You Are: CA/CPA Qualification and 3-5 years of finance experience, preferably with SKU's/ high volume of inventory.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Great Plains will be highly regarded.
