Finance Systems Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual with a strong finance background and experience with NetSuite to oversee the final stages of a major system implementation. Your day-to-day: Lead the completion of a major NetSuite system implementation, ensuring successful integration with existing financial processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and external consultants, to ensure smooth transition and post-implementation support. Act as the subject matter expert for NetSuite, guiding users and stakeholders through system enhancements, customisations, and best practices. Provide leadership on financial reporting, accounting, and operational system functionality, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Manage system configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities to meet project deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance systems. Key Requirements: CA/CPA qualified with a strong finance/accounting background. Proven experience with NetSuite ERP system, including implementation, configuration, and optimisation.
