Finance Systems Administrator – 6-Month Contract to Permanent – Sydney CBD (Hybrid) Are you ready to play a pivotal role in supporting the finance systems that underpin one of Australia's leading tourism businesses?
This is your chance to work on impactful projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment, blending technical expertise with problem-solving skills.
Starting as a 6-month contract with a strong potential to go permanent , this hybrid role is based in Sydney CBD and offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and the chance to contribute to a unique industry.
What You'll Do Administer core finance systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central , SAP Concur , and Windcave , ensuring smooth daily workflows and integrations.
Provide support for procurement, POS, property management, reporting, and data consolidation systems, including tools like Power Automate and Power BI .
Respond to and resolve IT Helpdesk requests, liaising with internal teams and external vendors to address technical issues.
Drive process improvements by automating and simplifying finance operations across the business.
Train staff on financial systems, maintain SOPs, and ensure system data integrity through auditing and interface mapping.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and support strategic projects.
What You'll Bring Proven experience in a finance systems role, with a strong understanding of GL structures , Chart of Accounts , and data integrity.
Technical expertise in systems such as Dynamics 365 , SAP Concur , Power BI .
Familiarity with hospitality or tourism industry systems such as Opera Cloud , RMS Cloud , and Infrasys POS is a bonus.
Strong skills in troubleshooting, defect resolution, and process automation.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver superior support and training to staff.
Experience working with large datasets and implementing continuous improvements in system functionality.
