No one does Asset Finance sales quite like Stratton Finance and we are looking for self-driven and motivated Sales professionals to kick start a career as an Asset Broker. In return we will recognise your contributions with a competitive uncapped commission structure on top of your salary. As a Finance Consultant with Stratton Finance, you will be building on your superstar sales skills to deliver asset finance options to our customers across Australia, supported by an extensive panel of lenders and the best industry training and support. Your first month will include in depth training, learning all about Asset Finance Brokering, our lending panel, and the Stratton wayIn your first 6 months you will continue to grow your knowledge and develop your sales whilst activity servicing new enquiries through outbound phone call activityIn your 12 months you'll continue to learn from a team of experienced brokers and grow your repeat customer base, whilst building skills in our In-house Sales Development programsAfter 12 months you're really becoming an experienced broker, managing repeat and referral customers as a product and sales expert.We will continue to grow your career with structured career pathways – become a Senior Finance Consultant, Team Leader or more! 22nd April, 2024 About Stratton Finance
