So, what's the role? The Finance Partner connects with business units, delivering crucial financial plans, insights and reporting to empower decision-making and ensure Bank First delivers on its goals.
In a typical day you will:
Collaborate closely with leaders to understand their strategic goals and operational challenges.Provide proactive financial guidance and recommendations using financial modelling and analysis.Develop and deliver cohesive reports that present financial information in a way that is easy to understand.Contribute to the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, aligning financial goals with business strategies.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering insights on the financial implications of business decisions.About you You are a dynamic and engaging Finance professional with a passion for partnering with the business to support them in achieving their goals.
You will come equipped with:
3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in Banking or Financial services.A real passion for building trusted relationships with stakeholders.Expertise in financial modelling and data analysis, with a knack for presenting information in an easily digestible way.An ability to exercise business & commercial acumen and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for financial improvements.CPA or CA qualification.To apply If you are looking for purpose and an organisation that lives their values every day, we encourage you to apply by providing an up to date resume.
