We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer with tertiary qualifications at certificate level or equivalent to join our team.
You will demonstrate a high level of competency in finance and computer skills.
Previous experience with Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Dynamics system is desirable.
Under the direction of the Business Manager, you will assist with the financial administration of the College.
Typical duties performed include, but are not limited to: School fees generation, Accounts Payable/Receivable, End of Month processing and General Ledger reconciliations.
You must demonstrate well-developed communication skills with a variety of stakeholders (staff, students and parents) and general inquiries.
The nature of the work requires a high level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
