It involves ensuring self-managed deadlines to ensure projects are due and ran through smoothly, to ensure the successful implementation of housing programs across the state.
Duties: Work with Project Manager to ensure tasks are complete prior to submission timesManage and process builder payment transactions and other special payments.Oversee, modify, and maintain SAP Purchase Orders and Vendor details.Track invoice payments and coordinate with business teams to address pending payment approvals.Provide guidance and resolve issues for users regarding SAP Purchase Orders and payment procedures.Maintain and update Excel schedules while assisting with month-end accounts payable tasks.Support the analysis and reporting of accounts payable and other transactional performance metrics. About you: A strong technical background in SAP ideally with understanding of Purchase orders and SAP vendorsCan-do person with good attention to detailWork autonomously to ensure projects are completed to set deadlines.Experience in TRIM records management system (preferred, not essential)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsIntelligent, proactive and forward-thinking approach Apply today or give me a call for a confidential chat!
