Your role at St John of God Mount Lawley HospitalIn this role you will be responsible for liaising with Group Finance Shared Services and Mount Lawley Managers. You will assist with month-end preparation and analysis as well as support the Director of Finance and Accountant as required.The PositionAssist in following up invoices and resolving patient account queries.Prepare monthly sundry debtor invoice requests for shared services as completed and directed by the Director of Finance and other managers.Respond to shared services Sundry Debtor queries.Assist in reviewing supplier invoices and facilitate the approval of invoices by Managers at site for timely payment.Resolve all supplier-related queries in liaison with Group Accounts Payable.Understand VMPs contracts with SJGMPPH to ensure appropriate application of fees and charges as well as registering all new VMP's for Public reimbursement.You will bring a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating your proficiency with PAS and Oracle systems. Your sound interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.To succeed, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
