WorkPac is currently in search of a Finance Officer to join our esteemed client's team based in Karratha or Port Hedland. This position is Monday to Friday, full time or flexible working hours!Duties and Responsibilities:Enter and code invoices, matching them with purchase orders.Process payments and send remittances, handling any discrepancies.Prepare and issue invoices for port and vessel charges, ensuring timely payments.Reconcile creditor statements and manage daily payment receipts.Assist staff with purchase order queries and provide training.Ensure compliance with legal and ISO requirements; prepare overdue reports.Support a safe and inclusive workplace, helping team members as needed.Skills and Experience:Certificate III in Accounts Administration or relevant qualification.Experience in accounts practices, processes, and systems.Strong customer service and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in computing and ability to maintain confidentiality.About WorkPac:WorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
