ABOUT RACING SA
Racing SA is the Principal Racing Authority for Thoroughbred Racing in South Australia. It represents, promotes and supports the State's thoroughbred racing industry.
THE ROLE
Racing SA is currently seeking a skilled Finance Officer to support the Finance and Administration team.
This is a 9 month contract position, covering maternity leave.
You will contribute to the Finance and Administration through a range of duties including but not limited to:
Conduct daily Bank ReconciliationsManage Accounts Payable ProcessConduct monthly reconciliations of key accountsAssisting with the Prizemoney RunManage Jockey Workcover ClaimsEOM Invoicing as requiredAssist with Reception duties, answering of calls, distributing mail, taking paymentsData Entry, Word Processing and other Ad Hoc Administration and Finance tasksKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Your experience working with Xero will be highly regarded. Your knowledge of Dext and Approval Max is preferred however on the job training will be provided to bring you up to speed with the Finance and Administration Team's current systems in place.
