We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for a 12-month Office Administrator Maternity Leave cover position to support our Finance and Corporate Services team and assist with the day-to-day running of the Head Office.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: General reception duties including answering, transferring calls, and taking accurate messagesAdministrative tasks such as ordering office consumablesLiaising with our customers, suppliers, and internal teamSupport our growing Finance team with tasks such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entryAbout You Have knowledge of Microsoft Office/strong computer literacyDemonstrate excellent attention to detail in your workHave effective time management and are punctual and reliableHave a pleasant phone manner and a strong ability to communicate verbally and in writingHave the ability to work independently and as part of a teamWork effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise your workHighly motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude, willing to help others with tasks and dutiesDemonstrate a willingness for self-improvement and continuing educationCurrent Driver's Licence preferredWhat's in it for you?
