What this job involves: JLL is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team at Phoenix Shopping Centre.
This is a full-time position with standard hours of 8:30-5 PM.
You will be responsible for lease administration, including setting up leases, invoices, arrears, cash flow management, financial report management, forecasting, and budgets.
You will take responsibility for managing the financial and administration processes for Phoenix and Altone Park Shopping Centres to the very highest professional standards to maximize the net return to the Owner.
You will be responsible for: End-to-end management of the centre's finance operations Lease administration, including lease setup Managing the monthly rent roll Oversight of Accounts Payable Monthly income and expenditure accruals Financial analysis and reporting Arrears management Managing the financial and administration for two different shopping centres and building relationships with the retailers Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications: Key Skills: Financial insight and analysis Superior communication and client servicing skills Passion for quality - has an eye for detail to ensure the best delivery of services Self-motivated, confident, and energetic Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations and conflicting demands Flexible - able to adapt to rapidly changing situations Goal-oriented - able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets and can also work autonomously Impeccable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and multitask Employee Specification: Minimum 5 years' experience in financial property management is required (or a similar role), and knowledge of property financial package MRI is highly desirable but not required.
Degree in Financial Management/Accounting highly desirable CPA qualification is highly desirable Excellent computer skills in all Office applications, particularly strong Excel skills with experience in pivot tables, lookups, and multi-dimensional formulas Knowledge of the Retail Tenancy Act is desirable.
