Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead our finance function and oversee commercial activities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth, managing financial operations, and collaborating with key customers. This role requires a candidate with a strong financial background, ideally holding a CA or CFA qualification, who can balance strategic decision-making with hands-on financial management.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall objectives and growth plans.Prepare and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure financial health.Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.Commercial OversightLead and oversee commercial transactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Manage pricing, margins, and cost analysis to maximize profitability across projects and contracts.Review and negotiate contracts to ensure commercial viability and mitigate risks.Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and financial institutions.Engage with key customers to maintain strong relationships and support their business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and legal, to ensure commercial considerations are incorporated into decision-making.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in accordance with local accounting standards.Oversee tax planning, audits, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Identify and manage risks to the business, including operational, contractual, and market risks.Implement appropriate internal controls and financial systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
