Our services operate across Victoria.The JobThe Finance Manager at Ngwala is responsible for the comprehensive financial operations of the organization, aligning with Ngwala's strategic and business plans. This high-accountability position requires the use of financial and management accounting skills to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources, positively influencing overall performance.Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing efficient, legal, and compliant financial processes. The Finance Manager will oversee end-to-end financial operations, lead the cross functional team, and work closely with the Leadership Team.Additionally, the Finance Manager will fulfill financial accounting and audit requirements, assist in banking, auditing, and reporting, and produce accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
