The Caribbean Credit Card Corporation Limited (4Cs) is a technology and e-Payments processing company operating in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis. The Corporation is a 24/7 operation with a team of approximately 70 employees, providing services across the Caribbean Region.Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of FINANCE MANAGERReports to: Deputy General Manager-AdministrationJob Summary:The Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Finance function and implementing the strategy and direction for the function. In addition, the role shall identify and implement systems, polices and processes for the Finance function which will improve financial monitoring, risk management, accountability and growth across the company.Key Areas of Responsibility:Perform financial management duties, including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.Develop a comprehensive work program to ensure that the responsibilities of the Finance departments are effectively carried out, to include:i) account reconciliations,ii) compliance with tax and financial reporting standardsiii) cash flow forecastingiv) accurate documentation and storage of the company's financial status and forecasts.v) payroll processingvi) plan and coordinate annual financial auditsAdvise colleagues, executive management, and the Board of Directors on decisions related to the company's finances.Execute the strategic planning and implementation processExplore financing options for the company and make recommendations to managementTo establish and maintain a financial risk & compliance management framework for the companyProvide effective leadership to the Finance team to include communication, engagement, performance management, professional development, and capacity building.Desired Work Traits include:Strong leadership and team collaborationOrganization & attention to detailConfidentiality & information managementGood judgment & decision makingCommunication & presentation skillsCritical thinking & problem solvingProfessional integrityNormal Hours of Work:8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldProfessional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA, ACCA)8+ years of financial leadership experienceFamiliarity with financial software and systemsProficient in MS OfficeSalary:Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.Application along with a resumé should be sent to:The Human Resources ManagerCaribbean Credit Card Corporation LimitedP.O.
