Role Overview Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position at Kalyra is a great opportunity to join our team focussed on improving the lives of older people!
The position will be responsible for delivering accounting services across the organisation.
In this role you will be part of a team responsible for the financial health of Kalyra and perform a variety of tasks, including:  Financial reporting : Producing monthly financial accounts and management reports  Budgeting and forecasting : Developing corporate and divisional budgets and forecasts  Analyzing financial performance : Analyzing accounting records, financial statements and operating models Ensuring compliance : Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards  Providing financial advice and leadership : Offering accounting advice, meeting with Managers and providing insights and recommendations for improvements, supporting and mentoring the finance team About the Person This role is ideal for a highly motivated Accountant with strong analytical and reporting expertise, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering quality care in a not-for-profit organisation.
