DSY is delighted to be partnering with this international manufacturing Group to source an experienced Finance Manager for an 18 months fixed term contract.The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the accounting function for the ANZ Region and assisting the CFO in providing clear structure and finance support to Operations and the wider business.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and development of the small finance team (Accountant and transactions staff) to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines, while providing good customer service.Manage the month end process and preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts for all Group entities.Manage the preparation of accurate and timely annual statutory accounts.Ensure all financial transactions are in compliance with accounting standards.Lead the preparation of accurate and timely cash-flow forecasting and management of actual performance.Manage the preparation of tax and other regulatory submissions for Australian and overseas entities.Provide direction and support to the finance team, management and operational departments to achieve accounting and administration efficiencies.Key RequirementsFully qualified Accountant (CA/CPA or International equivalent)3+ years' experience in a similar level role with strong technical accounting skills setEngineering or manufacturing industry exposure preferredStrong leadership skillsExceptional communication skillsValid work rights for AustraliaTo apply please click apply or call Craig Youngson on for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
