Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Finance Manager position is responsible for overseeing the organisation's financial operations, ensuring sound financial management, compliance with regulations, and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
This role plays a critical part in supporting organisational sustainability by managing debtors, creditors, payroll, financial reporting, cash flow, and staff supervision.
Key Selection Criteria:2+ years in a similar management roleProven experience in financial management, including payroll, debtors and creditors.Familiarity with not-for-profit financial management, NDIS and grant acquittals is desirableAbility to manage competing priorities and meet timelinesStrong work ethicOutstanding written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office 365 skills particularly ExcelExperience in Microsoft Dynamics is desirableTo Apply:Submit a copy of your resume and cover letter via SEEK.
