We are seeking a skilled Business Services Accountant, who is commercially minded and keen to make a difference.

Job Description As a Senior Accountant you will oversee a portfolio of clients, and assist with training and mentoring of junior team members.
You will be responsible, but not limited to the following: Preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, Partnerships and Superannuation Funds.
Offer expert advice on business operations and tax planning.
Liaising directly with clients.
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, have a strong sense of business acumen, have at least 4 years' experience in a similar business advisory role and have an excellent understanding of Australian taxation and compliance.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion.
At least 4+ years experience in a similar business advisory role.
Excellent hands on and technical knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance.
Demonstrated experience of stakeholder engagement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software (Eg.
Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Excel).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
