We are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
As the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the financial health of our organisation.
You will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, compliance, and reporting.
Your expertise will contribute to strategic decision-making and support the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Develop financial strategies to enhance profitability and drive sustainable growth.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.Provide detailed analysis and insights to guide management decisions.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Prepare monthly financial reports and present findings to senior management.Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5+ years of experience in finance management, ideally within the manufacturing or beverage industry.Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data.Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of liquor packaging or related industries is a plus but not essential.Excellent communication and leadership abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
